Climate Action, Renewable Energy and Community Resilience

The African Environmental Services Institute (AESI) is a South African climate-responsive organisation established in 2014 and formally registered in 2021. AESI advances sustainable environmental development, renewable energy access, inclusive rural growth, and community-centred socio-economic transformation.

AESI operates where climate action, environmental sustainability, and practical development solutions meet. The institute focuses on scalable interventions that support South Africa's Just Energy Transition while improving local livelihoods and resilience in underserved communities.
